Sorters

For a better sorting process, we offer three variants of grape sorters, completely manufactured in Germany by our strategic partner Scharfenberger considering the best quality and technology available.

We offer vibrating tables with a capacity of up to 6 t/h, which include a customized sorting adjustment system, manufactured in stainless steel and with food grade rollers.

One of the most technologically advanced equipment includes an optical sorter, which through 4 HD cameras, uses color detection (RGB) and infrared as a parameter during the free fall of the grapes; it has an auto learning option for color detection and thanks to its 16 rejection nozzles fed with compressed air, it has a selection capacity of 5 t/h. offering at the same time easy access and fast cleaning.
